The Light Sees You Without Performance
The mask feels heavy this morning, doesn't it? You have rehearsed the lie a thousand times, terrified that your voice will crack on the third word and give you away.
But the light does not need your performance to see you; it already sees what is done in secret, in the quiet room where no audience watches. There was a woman once who stood behind the teacher, weeping so hard she wet his feet with her tears, and he said simply that her many sins were forgiven because she loved much.
He did not ask for a perfect speech or a clean record; he saw the trembling and called it faith. You are waiting for the question that will expose you, but the light has already spoken your name without requiring a single word of defense.
The truth is not a verdict you must survive; it is the air you were made to breathe.
