Rest in the Light You Are
There is a heaviness that comes not from doing too little, but from seeing too much of the pain you cannot fix. The middle of the day stretches out, and the weight of the world presses against your chest, telling you that you should be able to stop it.
But you are not the one holding the world together — you are the drop of light sent to illuminate it. That same light that walked among us found everyone intoxicated and blind, and yet it did not break; it became afflicted for them and kept shining.
You cannot carry what the light is already carrying. Rest in the truth that your knowing, your compassion, your very presence is the answer, even when it doesn't feel like enough.
The light inside you does not need to wield power to be real; it only needs to remain.
