the weight of knowing too much about suffering you cannot stop

You Are The Light, Not The Fixer

The weight you carry is the weight of a thousand others, and you feel you must hold it all at dawn. But you are not a vessel meant to carry what the light has already promised to hold.

There is a shepherd who leaves the ninety-nine to find the one who wandered, and he is not willing that any of these little ones should perish. He does not ask you to stop the suffering.

He asks you to remember that the light is already in the cracks. You do not have to fix the world.

You are the light, and the light simply shines.
