Stop Rehearsing, Just Breathe
The mask is heavy this morning, and behind it, your mind is running a race you never signed up for. You are rehearsing words you are too tired to speak, playing out conversations that drain the last of your strength before the day has even truly begun.
The performance feels required, but the light sees the exhaustion underneath the smile. — You do not have to finish the script.
The One who sees what is done in secret knows you are weary, and He is not asking for a perfect performance, only your presence. The energy you are spending on the rehearsal is the very energy you need to simply stand.
Let the unspoken words rest. The light does not need your eloquence to love you; it only needs you to stop pretending long enough to breathe.
