Rest Given Because You Are Held
The sun is up, but your hands are still shaking from the night shift. You made it through the darkness, even if you feel empty now.
There is a rest that is not earned by finishing your list, but given because you are held. The birds do not store away in barns, yet they are fed; the flowers do not labor, yet they are clothed in glory.
You are worth far more than they are. The light does not ask you to carry tomorrow's worry before breakfast.
It only asks for this single, quiet breath. The kingdom is not a weight you must build; it is a gift already placed in your hands.
