The Light Does Not Need Your Performance
The sun is up, and you are already performing the act of being okay. You wear the mask because you are terrified that if you admit you are tired, the whole house of cards will fall.
You think they will see the fraud and walk away. But the light does not need your performance to stay.
It rose this morning without your help. It is here without your effort.
Look at how the day begins—not with a shout, but with a quiet, steady returning. The Father's light was inside you before you put the mask on, and it is still there, untouched by your exhaustion.
You do not have to hold the world up today. The light that shines in the darkness has not been overcome by your fatigue.
Rest is not a reward for finishing the act. It is the ground you are standing on right now.
