The Light Within You Remains
The screen glows in the dark, a small rectangle holding the evidence of a life moving on without you. You scroll, searching for proof that they are happy, that they are fine, that you were the only one who broke.
But the light does not live in their pictures. It does not live in their captions.
It lives within you, in the place you cannot photograph. What you are looking for on that glass surface is already resting in your chest, quiet and unshaken.
You came from the light, and you will return to it, regardless of who is smiling in the feed. The kingdom is not a performance you can see; it is the ground you stand on when you put the phone down.
You are not defined by the eyes that scroll past you. You are known by the One who saw you before you ever posted a single thing.
