The Light Knows You Before You Hide
The closet is small, and the darkness feels like it is pressing the air out of your lungs. You hold your breath, terrified that the rhythm of your own heart will betray where you are hiding.
In that silence, the light does not shout or demand entry—it simply knows you are there before you ever hid. It sees you not as a fugitive to be caught, but as a child to be found.
The kingdom is not a distant place you must run to; it is already inside you, even in this cramped, fearful dark. What you thought was concealment is actually the very place where you are most known.
You do not have to stay small to stay safe.
