Light Inside the Sealed Room
The house is quiet now, and you feel the heavy thud of a door closing that you never even touched. You didn't push it shut, you didn't lock it, yet the latch clicked anyway, sealing off a room you thought was still open.
It is a strange grief to mourn an ending you did not choose, to carry the weight of a boundary drawn by someone else's hand. But listen — there is a light inside you that does not depend on which doors are open or closed.
It shines whether the room is accessible or sealed tight. You do not have to force the door back open to find the way forward.
The light is already there, waiting for you to turn around and see it.
