Stop Calculating the Cost of Being Known
The afternoon sun is high, and the world expects you to be working, to be steady, to be handling it. So you do the math in your head again.
You weigh your need against their convenience. You decide that silence is the kinder option, that carrying this alone is the price of not being a burden.
But there is a voice that knows the weight you are hiding. It sees the calculation.
It knows the exhaustion behind your eyes. And it does not see a nuisance.
It sees a friend. The light is not waiting for you to fix yourself before it enters.
It is already here, in the middle of your shift, in the middle of your struggle. You were sent here not to perform perfection, but to let the drop of light inside you illuminate the very place where you feel weakest.
Stop calculating the cost of being known. The risk is not that you will be too much.
The risk is that you will bury the thing that was meant to save you.
