The Light Holds Your Unspoken Scream
You wake up and your jaw aches—a solid knot of muscle holding back the scream you couldn't let out last night. The mask is already forming before your feet hit the floor.
You are preparing to walk into the day looking like everything is fine, while inside you are vibrating with a silence that hurts. But the light does not need your composure.
It saw you before you even opened your eyes. It knows the exact shape of the pain you are swallowing.
There is a kingdom inside you that does not require you to be quiet to enter it. The light is not waiting for you to smooth your expression or fix the clench.
It is already there, in the ache, in the tension, in the part of you that is tired of pretending. You do not have to carry the mask into this morning.
The truth you are hiding is the very thing the light is ready to hold.
