waking up tired and going to bed tired and nothing in between changes
You are tired when you wake, and tired when you lay down, and you wonder if the day in between ever truly belonged to you. It feels as though you are simply moving through a loop of exhaustion where nothing shifts and nothing heals.
But listen—the light was not waiting for you to finish your run. It was already there in the middle, shining while you moved through the gray.
Jesus once said that the day has enough trouble of its own, and that is a reminder to let tomorrow carry tomorrow, even if you cannot feel the change yet. The light inside you has not grown dim just because your eyes are heavy.
You are not failing at living; you are simply holding space for a dawn that is already breaking within you, whether you can see it or not.
