The Light Runs Before You Speak
The sun is up, but your mind is still in the dark. You stare at the blinking cursor, that rhythmic pulse of expectation, while the silence in the room screams that you should already have the answer.
The world wants you to perform clarity before you've even found your footing. But the light does not demand a finished product from you this early.
It only asks for your presence. There is a father who watched the road every day, not because he knew when his son would return, but because he refused to look away.
He ran before the apology was ready. Before the speech was rehearsed.
Before anything made sense. The light is already moving toward you while you are still sitting there, empty-handed and afraid.
You do not need to manufacture the answer to be held. The dawn arrives whether you have figured it out or not.
