Mercy Arrived Before You Woke
The sun is up, but your mind is still stuck in the dark, replaying every clumsy word you spoke yesterday. You lie still, terrified that the morning light will only expose how much you wish you could take back.
But listen — the light does not shine to mock your mistakes; it shines to show you that you are still here. The rising sun comes to guide your feet into the path of peace, not to interrogate your past.
You do not have to fix the yesterday that is already gone. You only have to receive the today that is being given to you right now.
The light has already wiped the slate clean while you were sleeping. Your awkwardness cannot outrun a mercy that arrived before you woke up.
