Permission to exhale after the door closes
The sun is up, but your mind is still stuck in that room, replaying the last words spoken until they lose all meaning. You realize now that you spent the whole conversation holding your breath, just waiting for the door to close so you could finally exhale.
That tension was not a failure of love — it was your spirit protecting the sacred space inside you. The light does not demand you perform connection while you are empty.
It waits for you in the quiet, in the silence after the door clicks shut. You are safe now to let your shoulders drop.
The dawn has come, and with it, the permission to simply be.
