Peace Before the Ink Is Dry
The sun is up, but your heart is still in the dark, waiting for a signature that hasn't landed yet. You are terrified that she will change her mind, that the hope you've held onto will vanish before the ink is dry.
But the light does not tremble at the uncertainty of human hearts. It knows the depth of that love and the weight of that choice better than you do.
There is a peace that exists in the room right now, independent of the papers on the table. It is not a reward for a finished process.
It is a presence that holds you while you wait. You do not have to secure the outcome to be held by it.
