The Light Does Not Rehearse
The sun is up, and the house is quiet, but your heart is racing through a conversation that hasn't happened yet. You stand before the mirror, rehearsing the tone, the words, the smile—convinced that your natural voice will crack and reveal the inadequacy hiding underneath.
You are trying to build a mask strong enough to survive the day. But listen—the light that rose this morning did not check its credentials before it broke the dark.
It simply shone. It did not rehearse.
It did not apologize for being too bright or too soft. It just arrived.
That same light is already inside you, waiting to speak through your lips. You do not need to curate a voice that sounds worthy.
The light speaks in your voice because it is your voice. The panic says you must perform to be accepted.
The dawn says you are already seen. Stop practicing.
Step out. The world doesn't need your performance; it needs the light that only you carry.
