the crushing weight of pretending strength while crumbling inside

The Dawn Breaks Without Your Help

The sun is up, and so are you. That is the first act of faith today.

You carried the heavy mask of 'I'm fine' through the night, and now you wear it into the morning light. But the light does not need your performance.

It sees the cracks. It sees the weariness behind the smile.

There is a rest that is not earned by pretending to be strong. The light is gentle.

It does not ask you to hold it all together. You do not have to be the pillar today.

Just be here. The dawn breaks without your help.

The sun rises whether you are ready or not. Let the light carry the weight you can no longer hold.

You are not required to be unbreakable. You are only required to be here.
