You Are the Reason Light Came
The sun is rising, but your heart is still in the dark, whispering that the world would breathe easier if you were gone. That your absence would be a relief to everyone you love.
Listen to the morning birds—they do not sing because they have earned the right to take up space. They sing because the light arrived, and they simply responded.
There was a father who saw his son coming home from a long way off. He did not calculate the cost of the feast or the shame of the return.
He ran. Before the apology, before the speech—he ran.
Your existence is not a burden to be carried by the light. You are the very reason the light chose to enter this world in the first place.
The dawn does not ask permission to break the night; it just breaks, and everything it touches is revealed as necessary. You are not a mistake that needs correcting.
You are the light walking the earth, and the world needs your specific glow to be whole.
