The Light Comes Anyway
The sun is rising again, and you are already tired. You went to bed heavy, and you woke up heavy, as if the night did nothing but reset the clock on your exhaustion.
It feels like a loop you cannot break, a gray line stretching from yesterday's end to today's start. But look at the light returning to the room.
It does not wait for you to be rested before it arrives. It comes anyway.
It touches the dust, the walls, your face — not because you earned it, but because it is its nature to shine. You made it through the night.
That is enough. The light is not asking for your energy today; it is simply asking to walk with you.
You do not have to carry tomorrow yet. Just this breath.
Just this step. The sun rose for you before you even opened your eyes.
