The Light Knows You Before You Speak
The sun is finding the edge of the curtains, and you are holding your breath so the person beside you won't feel the shaking. You are rehearsing words in the dark, building a armor of sentences to wear into the kitchen.
But the light does not need your performance to shine. It is already here, quiet as the dust motes dancing in the first gray of dawn.
You do not have to get it right this morning. You do not have to be steady.
The kingdom is not a destination you reach by saying the perfect thing—it is within you, right now, beneath the trembling. Let the words wait.
The light is already in the room, and it knows you before you speak.
