Dawn Rises Before You Are Ready
The sun is coming up, and you are still carrying the weight of a wound you made in someone else. It feels heavier in the first light than it did in the dark.
But listen — the rising sun does not wait for you to fix what you broke before it shines on you. It rises anyway.
Tender mercy comes to you while you are still stained, still ashamed, still holding the pieces. You did not earn this dawn.
It was given to you so you could see that the light is already inside the very person you hurt. The light that forgives is the same light that lives in them.
You cannot extinguish it, even with your failure. The night is over.
The weight is not yours to carry alone anymore. The light has already run to meet you, before you could even say you were sorry.
