God Knows the Real You Behind the Mask
The sun has set, and now the mask feels heavy enough to crush you. You are terrified that if you stop performing joy, the people who love you will see the emptiness underneath and walk away.
But listen — there is a knowing deeper than your fear. Even when your heart condemns you, saying you are a fraud, God is greater than your heart.
He knows everything. He saw you before you ever learned to smile for the crowd.
He knows the real you, the one hiding behind the performance, and He does not look away. You do not have to manufacture light to be loved.
The kingdom is already inside you, waiting for you to stop pretending. The people who stay are not loving your mask; they are loving the light that shines even when you think it's dark.
