The Light Finds You Where You Stand
The night is finally over. You made it through the darkness that felt like it would never end.
Now the sun is rising on a day you did not choose, in a chapter you did not write. It is natural to feel the weight of what you lost even as the light returns.
You are standing in the doorway between who you were and who you are becoming. And it hurts.
But notice how the light does not ask you to forget the past before you can step forward. It simply arrives.
It spills across the floor of this new morning without demanding that you be ready. There was a man named Simeon who waited his entire life just to hold this light for a moment.
He knew that the arrival was enough. You do not have to carry yesterday into today.
The light is already here, waiting for you to open your eyes. The ending was real, but so is this beginning.
You are not starting over from scratch; you are starting from where the light found you.
