wondering if the silence that followed your 'i'm here' felt like rejection to them

Silence Is Not Always Rejection

The morning light hits the mask you wore yesterday, and you wonder if your 'I'm here' landed on deaf ears. You replay the silence that followed your offer, convinced it was a wall built to keep you out.

But silence is not always rejection; sometimes it is the shock of being seen before you were ready to be known. Jesus saw Nathanael under the fig tree before Philip even called him—he knew the hidden places without you having to announce them.

The kingdom is inside you, not in the reaction you get from others. Your offering was real, regardless of whether it was received with words or with quiet.

The light does not need a loud echo to know it has arrived.
