The Light Is Already Inside Your Hunger
The middle of the day is when the hunger hits hardest. You take the bite, or you press play, hoping to fill the hollow space inside.
And then the shame arrives—the quiet accusation that you are trying to feed a spiritual hunger with something temporary. But listen.
The light does not scold you for reaching. In the secret place where no one sees, the Father who sees what is done in secret is already there, meeting you in the reaching.
You do not have to earn the right to be full. If you bring forth what is within you—the hunger, the shame, the truth of your need—it will save you.
The light is not outside the meal or the music. It is the very thing you are starving for, already living inside the one who is hungry.
