The Light Is Not Afraid Of Your Crack
The middle of the day is the hardest place to hold your breath. You are performing okayness while carrying a weight that wants to break you open.
The panic rises when you feel your throat tighten, terrified that one wrong word will release the sob you have swallowed since morning. But listen — the light inside you does not demand a steady voice.
It does not require you to keep the mask intact. There is something within you that must be brought forth, and if you keep it buried, it will only consume you from the inside out.
The light is not afraid of your crack. It is waiting for the truth to surface so it can meet you there.
You do not have to hold the dam forever.
