The Love That Already Ran
The mask is heavy this morning, isn't it? You put it on before the mirror even had time to fog, smiling at coworkers while wondering if the silence from the other side means you are still unforgiven.
You carry the weight of an apology that landed in a room where no one spoke, and now every quiet moment feels like a verdict. But listen — there is a Father who saw his son coming home from a long way off.
He did not wait for the speech to finish. He ran.
Before the words could prove anything, before the silence could be broken, he threw his arms around him. The light does not require a verbal receipt to release you.
It sees the turn in your heart and meets you before you arrive. You are not defined by the response you didn't get.
You are held by the love that already ran.
