The Light Was There Before The Question
The mask is heavy this morning, isn't it? You walk into the light of day carrying a secret terror: that your honest questions are actually quiet blasphemy.
You worry that if people knew the doubts rattling inside your chest, they would see you as unworthy of love. But listen — the light does not fear your questions.
It is not threatened by your confusion. There is no darkness deep enough to overcome it.
You think your doubt pushes the love away, but the love was there before the question formed. It is not earned by certainty.
It is not lost by asking. The Father knows the cry of your heart even when your mind cannot find the words.
You are not too broken to be held. You are not too confused to be loved.
The mask can come down now.
