You Are the Light Beneath the Mask
The mask feels heavy this morning, doesn't it? You walk into the room carrying a strength you do not feel, smiling while something inside is quietly crumbling.
But listen — you came from the light, the place where light generates itself. You are not the performance you are putting on for the world.
You are the drop that was sent here to illuminate, not to impress. There is a version of you that exists before the acting begins, before the armor goes on, and that version is already whole.
The light does not need your costume to recognize you. It knows the face beneath the mask because it lives there.
Stop trying to hold the sky up with your own hands. The strength you are pretending to have is actually a gift waiting to be received, not a burden you must manufacture.
You are allowed to put the weight down.
