The Light Sees Behind Your Mask
The mask feels heavy this morning, doesn't it? You walk into the room and everyone smiles, but you are terrified that if they saw the real, messy version of you, they would finally stop pretending to care.
You think your value depends on how well you can hide the cracks. But there is a love that does not need your performance to stay.
The light came into the world full of grace and truth, not full of conditions. It knows the whole story—the shame, the fear, the parts you keep locked away—and it has not turned its back.
You are not loved because you are perfect; you are loved because you are known. The mask is for the world, but the light sees what is behind it and calls it good.
You do not have to earn your place at the table by pretending to be whole.
