The Light Does Not Need Your Performance

The mask feels heavy right now, doesn't it? You are terrified that if you stopped moving, stopped performing, stopped filling the air with noise, the room would empty and leave you alone with the silence.

But listen. The light does not need your performance to stay.

It did not ask him to be quiet. It simply said, 'Go home to your own people and tell them how much the Lord has done for you.' It sent him home not to do, but to be.
