Loved Before You Lifted a Thing
The house is quiet now, and the mask you wore all day has finally slipped. You are terrified that if you stop fixing everyone else's problems, they will see the cracks in your own foundation and walk away.
So you keep carrying weights that were never yours to hold, believing your utility is the only thing keeping you loved. But there is a Father who sees you not for what you do, but for who you are beneath the doing.
He does not need your repairs; He only needs your presence. The light within you was there before you ever solved a single problem, and it will remain when you finally put the tools down.
You are not loved because you are useful; you are useful because you are already loved.
