The Light Loves the Dust
The house is quiet now, and the mask you wore all day has finally slipped. In this silence, the panic rises: what if the real you, the broken you, is too much to be loved?
What if stopping the performance means being left alone in the dark? But the light does not love the performance.
It loves the person underneath. There is a truth that lives in us and will be with us forever, deeper than any fracture you feel.
The Father runs not to the finished product, but to the one still covered in dust. You are not too broken to be held; you are exactly where the light enters.
The panic says you must be whole to be loved. The light says you are loved so you can finally rest.
