Tears Are Not A Lever To Move Heaven
The day is finally quiet, and now the tears come, heavy and hot. But a cold suspicion rises with them: are you just crying to manipulate God into fixing this?
Is this sorrow real, or just a tactic to get what you want? You feel dirty for weeping, as if your heart is playing a game you can't win.
But listen — the light does not analyze your motives before it responds. It does not weigh your tears to see if they are pure enough.
A father does not question why his child is reaching out; he simply opens his arms. Your tears are not a lever you are pulling to move heaven.
They are the proof that you are no longer pretending to be strong. The performance is over.
The mask is off. And in this exhale, the only thing that matters is that you are finally being honest about the pain.
You are not manipulating the light; you are letting it see you.
