Silence Is Where The Light Lives
The day is finally ending, and the armor you wore to get through it is heavy on the floor. You put your hands together, but the words feel like they are hitting the ceiling and falling back down.
It is terrifying when the silence feels like an absence, like no one is actually listening. But listen closely — the silence you feel is not emptiness.
It is the presence of a God who does not need your noise to know your heart. The light was there before you spoke, and it remains even when you have no words left to give.
You do not have to perform faith to be held by it. The silence is not a wall; it is the very space where the light has always lived inside you.
