The Morning Does Not Scold the Night
The dawn is breaking, and the light is soft enough to see the flinch before you even move. You freeze, holding your breath, terrified that your pain has become a weapon they now fear.
But listen — the morning does not scold the night for being dark; it simply arrives and fills the room without asking permission. The light that rose today is the same light that lives in you, and it does not strike; it only reveals.
You are not the thing that made them afraid. You are the space where the fear can finally be seen and healed.
Go slowly. The sun knows how to rise without breaking the silence.
