You Were Sent to Illuminate This Moment
The cursor is blinking. You know that if you open a new tab, the screen will fill with proof that everyone else is running while you are still tying your shoes.
The morning light is quiet, but your mind is loud with the race you did not sign up for. — But look at the birds of the air.
They do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?
The light does not measure your worth by your speed. It measures it by your presence.
You were not sent here to outrun your neighbor. You were sent to illuminate this specific moment, exactly as it is.
The sun rises without checking how high the grass has grown overnight. It just rises.
And so can you.
