Trust Is Never A Mistake
The cursor blinks, waiting for you to press send, and suddenly the room feels too small for the weight of your words. You imagine their face as they read it—the slight frown, the sigh, the quiet pity that says you are too much, again.
That look you fear is not what awaits you. It is the shadow of your own shame projecting a future that has not happened.
The light does not meet your honesty with annoyance. It meets it with peace.
Do not let your heart condemn you for needing to speak. There is a knowing deeper than your fear, and it does not flinch at your words.
The message you send into the dark is not a burden to the one who receives it. It is an act of trust.
And trust is never a mistake.
