The Truth You Erased Was Still Held
The cursor blinks, and the silence in the room grows heavy. You type out the whole truth in the notes app, pouring it all onto the screen, only to delete it when the blinking becomes too loud.
The gathering dark brings an inventory of the day, and the words feel too dangerous to send, too messy to keep. But notice this: the light does not require the message to be sent to know what is inside you.
You are not hidden from God just because the screen is blank. The truth you typed and erased was still seen.
It was still real. It was still held.
