Light Waits at Your Digital Door
The cursor blinks. A small, steady pulse in the dark while the rest of the house sleeps.
Your finger trembles over the send button, heavy with the fear that morning will bring rejection instead of relief. You are afraid that the words you have chosen are too little, or too late, or somehow wrong.
But listen — the light does not wait for perfect words to arrive. It stands at the door and knocks, patient and unhurried, asking only to come in and eat with you.
The courage to reach out is not yours alone; it is the light within you pushing against the dark, insisting that connection is still possible. You do not have to know how the morning will unfold to press send.
You only have to trust that the One who sent you is already there, waiting on the other side of the screen.
