The cup feels heavy tonight, and your hand shakes just holding it. You worry that asking someone to steady your grip makes you a weight they cannot carry.

Pleased. Not burdened.
Not annoyed. Pleased to give.
The helplessness you feel is not a barrier to love; it is the very place where love arrives. You are not a problem to be solved.
You are a child to be held.
