The Light Waiting Underneath Your Fear
The afternoon sun is high, and the world is moving fast around you, but you are standing still, terrified that if you finally unfold your true shape, no one will recognize the person you have become. You look at the faces passing by and feel like a stranger in your own skin, carrying a truth too heavy to hide and too dangerous to show.
But there is a light within you that was placed there before the world told you who to be, and it does not need their recognition to burn. Split a piece of wood, and you will find it there; lift up a stone, and the light is waiting underneath, unchanged by your fear or their silence.
You are not becoming someone new to be loved; you are uncovering the one who was always there, known completely by the source that formed you. The terror says you will be alone if you step into your truth, but the truth says you were never alone to begin with.
You do not need the crowd to know your name; you only need to know whose you are.
