the fear that your doubt is a betrayal that will make you unlovable to your community

Love Does Not Demand Your Certainty

The afternoon sun is high, and the mask feels heaviest right now. You sit in the circle, nodding when others speak, terrified that if you admit your questions, the love will vanish.

You believe your doubt is a betrayal of the tribe. But the light does not demand certainty as the price of belonging.

There was a man who carried the marks of denial, who had failed his friend three times in the dark. And on the shore, the light did not ask for a creed.

It asked only: do you love me? Three times.

Not to shame him, but to stitch the wound. Your hesitation is not a disqualification.

It is the very place where the light kneels to restore you. The community you fear losing is built on the very brokenness you are hiding.

You are not loved because you have it all together. You are loved because you are here, even with the cracks.
