The Light Does Not Require Perfect Timing
The afternoon sun is bright, but your throat is tight with the words you didn't say. They sit there now, heavy and useless, because the moment has passed and the door is closed.
You are choking on a conversation that can no longer happen. But the light does not require your perfect timing to reach you.
There was a man who had been paralyzed for thirty-eight years, lying beside a pool he could never reach in time. Jesus did not ask how he missed the water.
He did not ask why he was still there. He simply said: get up.
The light is not limited by your missed opportunities. It is a mustard seed — the smallest thing you can imagine — yet it grows into a shelter large enough to hold all your regret.
You do not have to carry the weight of the unsaid. The one who sees your silence is gentle enough to lift it.
