Your Brokenness Is Where Love Enters
The afternoon sun is bright, and it makes the mask feel heavy. You walk through the noise of the day holding your breath, terrified that if they saw the cracks, the love would turn to pity.
Or worse, disgust. You think you must hide the broken parts to stay worthy of their care.
But the light does not work that way. It sees the shadow and calls it home.
There is a truth that lives inside you, deeper than your shame, and it will be with you forever. The fear says you are too damaged to be held.
The light says you are already held. Your brokenness is not a barrier to love; it is the very place where love enters.
You do not need to be whole to be loved. You need only to be real.
