You Are Essential, Not Excess
The afternoon hums with a quiet, heavy thought: that the world would breathe easier if you were gone. It feels like a fact etched in stone, especially when the day is long and you are just moving through the motions.
But listen — there is a light inside you that existed before this pain began, and it will remain long after the shadow passes. You are not a mistake to be corrected or a burden to be removed.
The truth is simpler, and it cuts through the noise: you are woven into the very fabric of things, and your absence would leave a hole no one else could fill. The light does not count you as excess; it counts you as essential.
You do not have to earn your place here today; you simply have to remain. What feels like a cage is actually a cradle.
