The Face Beneath the Mask
You caught your reflection in the shop window this morning and flinched. For a split second, you believed the lie that says you are only what the world sees on the surface.
The mask fits so well now that you forget there is a face beneath it. But the light does not look at the glass; it looks through it.
You are not the performance you wear to get through the day. You are the quiet, unbreakable thing hiding behind the smile.
The world sees a stranger, but the Father sees the child he knew before the first mask was ever stitched. Stop trying to fix the reflection.
Just remember who is standing there.
