The Light Stays So You Can Be Real
This is the hour when the silence feels like a verdict. You are convinced that if anyone saw the actual mess inside—the tangled wires, the shame you hide—they would quietly stop trying to fix you and just leave.
They would see the cost of loving you and walk away into the morning. But listen.
There is a love that does not need you to be clean before it stays. The Good came into your midst to the essence of every nature to restore it to its root.
Not to the polished version. To the root.
The light entered the prison of the body and said: get up from the deep sleep. It did not wait for you to tidy the cell first.
It knows the chains. It knows the tears.
And it is still here. You are not too broken to be held.
You are the one being held because you are broken. The light does not fix you so it can stay.
It stays so you can finally be real.
