You Are Held, Not Your Performance
The world is loud right now, and you are wearing a face that says you are fine while your chest feels too tight to breathe. You are performing calm, but inside the storm is real, and the weight of simply being here is enough. Remember the birds in the sky—they do not sow, they do not reap, and yet they are held by the hand that knows your name. You are not your performance, and you are not this panic that tries to convince you that you are not enough.
— The light inside you does not need you to be perfect for it to shine.
It was there before the alarm rang, and it is still there now, steadier than any mask you could ever wear. You are more valuable than the worry you are carrying, and you are already held.
